Shipping

We use carriers that offer the fastest and safest shipping for our customers. All customers are provided with a tracking number & confirmation email.

 

All merchandise is prepared for shipping within 3-4 business days after an order is placed (unless otherwise notified) Shipping times are estimated and are not a guarantee. Orders are not shipped and packages are not delivered on holidays. Weekends are not counted “as” shipping days (Saturday or Sunday). An order status will be provided to you once your order is placed and has begun processing via-email. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order.

The carriers that we may use are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please remember that shipping packages around any holiday and/or bad weather can be very unpredictable and may slow down delivery times.

*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AS A CLAIM TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING HAS BEEN ISSUED. FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SHIPPING CARRIER DIRECTLY AND REQUEST A TRACE ON YOUR PACKAGE. IF AN UNCLAIMED PACKAGED HAS BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS TO MAIL THE PACKAGE OUT AGAIN.
